Recruitment Analyst

As we strive to achieve our vision of being an ‘outstanding community-owned club, playing football at the highest sustainable level’, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Analyst to provide video and data driven analysis to identify and provide information on transfer targets that fit into the Clubs playing style and profile. The Recruitment Analyst will work closely with the rest of the recruitment team to produce written and video reports on short listed targets, that will strengthen and drive our playing squad, for the consumption of the football management staff.
 
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working within a football recruitment department with excellent football knowledge and a research and growth mindset to constantly evolve the role and recruitment processes. Candidates should have a BSc (or equivalent) in Performance Analysis, Sport Science or other related fields and be familiar with Hudl products (Wyscout, SportsCode and Studio and data platforms such as StatsBomb. 
 
This is a full-time position based at The Cliff Hill Training Ground or that can be delivered remotely with an expectation to regularly attend site.
