WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE FUNDING
If your club is available on the drop-down box of the application page and you’re engaged as a football scout or equivalent then good news you are eligible for funding. If you can’t see your football club on the drop down box then please feel free to contact the APFA
The APFA Level 2 Talent Identification in Football Course is available through funding. Unfortunately, the APFA Level 1 and 3 are not available through the funding scheme however we may be able to provide a discount if coupled with the Level 2.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
Once your application has been submitted, we will contact your Head of Recruitment or Coordinator and confirm you’re engaged with the club as a football scout or equivalent. Once confirmed a member of the APFA will be in contact with information on how to enrol and make payment.
Please note that before you register your main role with the club must be as a football scout or equivalent. You will also need the contact details of your head of recruitment or academy manager in order to confirm your status.
Once your application has been submitted and your status confirmed by your Head of Recruitment or Coordinator the cost will be £200 reduced from £400. More information on the APFA Level 2 Talent Identification in Football Course can be found within our APFA education department.
