The course was very well structured and organized. I learned first the why and then the how to go about an IDP. Plenty of data, video, and a case study were provided for every type of learning. Really well done course with plenty of golden nuggets to take with me and implement whether it's with a youth player or professional.
This course and the way that is structured and managed meets the high standards. The modules and themes studied in this course are interesting, enjoyable, and educational. Well structured course that provided a step by step process of individual development at the professional ranks. There was a lot of good insights that can be used and modified at any level.
I enjoyed working through the modules while simultaneously applying the new learnings to my IDP Plan for my player. My IDP is for one of my teammates and having an in-depth guideline with simple instructions really helped me to put something useful together and find a way to deliver a message that is evidence-based so that my player buys into the process and understands the dynamics of following this IDP plan in order to improve his game. Looking forward to completing the IDP Plan! Great course.
