New Partnership With The Win Factory

The Association of Professional Football Analysis is excited to announce its partnership with The Win Factory, a leading data analytics platform revolutionising how analysts explore performance metrics. Integrated into our new Opposition Analysis Using Data course and available via the APFA website, this collaboration breaks a major barrier for aspiring analysts: gaining access to high-quality data and visualisation tools for their personal development, blogs, and social media content.

The Win Factory’s interactive platform allows users to create detailed shot and pass maps, scatter plots, xG timelines, passing network maps, and time-series charts — perfect for embedding into blog posts, engaging in football analysis conversations, or developing a portfolio of work.

For recruitment analysis, Win Factory supports the creation of detailed player profiles using popular radar visualisations, team and league strength ratings, player similarity scores, playing tendencies, and more. The platform also includes proprietary ‘impact scores’ to help quickly surface key players across global leagues.

🔐 What’s included for APFA members?

As part of this exclusive partnership, all APFA members will receive free access to data from the top five European men’s leagues throughout the off-season:

  • Premier League
  • La Liga
  • Bundesliga
  • Serie A
  • Ligue 1

In addition to these, we’ll be rotating guest leagues on a monthly basis to give you fresh datasets to work with. At launch, our guest leagues include:

  • Bundesliga (Austria)
  • First Division A (Belgium)
  • (MLS) Major League Soccer (USA)

We’re also thrilled to offer data access to women’s leagues, starting with:

  • (National Women’s Soccer League) NWSL (USA)
  • (Women’s Super League) WSL (England)

This initiative aims to help members level up their skills, explore new leagues, and publish engaging, data-driven content with ease.

To use The Win Factory as an APFA member:

  1. Sign up for a free APFA membership
  2. Check your email inbox for your login credentials.

Access is granted via our Career Centre, where you’ll find the APFA-specific portal. This partnership will run initially until August 1st, 2025.
