The Association of Professional Football Analysis is delighted to bring back our most popular event from 2023. Hailed as a refreshing change from the usual ‘for profit’ event days, Jobs in Analysis 2023 delivered on the APFA’s core values of education, giving back to the analysis community and aiding career progression.
As the APFA strives to support and offer resources for aspiring analysts and those already working in the industry, we hope our career focused events will become part of the regular analysis calendar and join our industry-recognized jobs board as staple of the industry.

Jobs in Analysis 2024 will follow the same format. Beginning at 10am UK time on December 12th, webinars will continue throughout the day through to 3pm. Guests who register will receive a meeting link on December 11th, prior to the event the next day.
Guest webinars for this years event cover working in North America as an Analyst, a case study on the benefits of an internship (in conjunction with Nottingham Trent University and Mansfield Town), analysis-journalism and insights on the job application process from inside a club.

Guest presenters come from clubs, in MLS & the Premier League, the EFL and The Athletic. Returning from 2023 is Chris Gill, who added huge value as the expert moderator drawing from his many years of experience in the analysis industry.
Jobs in Analysis is a break-even event, and the APFA are looking only to cover our costs in hosing. Priced at £15, it be available on-demand after the event and available to view any time indefinitely on the APFA website. To respect and appreciate those who join us live, we will never offer the event at a lower price than the original £15.

“We’re incredibly proud to offer this event again. The day in 2023 proved to be immensely popular throughout the analysis community and it’s exactly the sort of thing we hoped to deliver when we launched the Association. Over 200 guests joined us live in 2023, with plenty more accessing the webinars afterwards.” Oliver Gage, APFA CEO
