Within the Feyenoord Academy, we work daily on developing world-class players. As Video Analysis Coordinator, you are responsible for the development, management, and further development of the entire video analysis system within our youth academy.

What are you going to do?

You connect video, data, and coaching into one integrated approach that contributes to individual development, team development, and the quality of our training.

Developing and monitoring a future-proof video analysis structure within the Academy, in line with the football technical vision;

Integrating video and data into individual, training, and match analyses, including Player Development Plans;

Managing and developing video analysts, camera operators, and students;

Visualizing training, playing, and coaching according to our football vision using video, animations, and analyses for one or more teams;

Connecting the video analysis activities of the Academy with those of Feyenoord 1 within a single football department;

Close collaboration with the Head of Coaching to strengthen learning trajectories and development goals;

Report to the Head of Academy and work closely with the football technical, medical, performance, and support staff.

Who are you?

You are an analytically strong professional with a clear vision on video analysis within talent development. You feel at home in a high-performance environment and have the intrinsic motivation to make a structural impact within the youth academy.

Experience & background

HBO working and thinking level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience within a professional football organization;

Demonstrable experience with analyzing training sessions and matches and developing and implementing video analysis processes;

Prerequisites: UEFA B license and experience as a coach within a professional club.

22 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance and a reimbursement of €0.23 per km;
