Tactalyse

Tactalyse is looking for a (part-time) online video coach. We are a fast-growing company and experts in individual football tactics. We advise professional football players, agents, trainers/coaches, and clubs on the tactical side of the game. We collaborate with 35 coaches worldwide, coaching more than 250 players across 20 different countries and competing in top competitions worldwide.

Main role and responsibilities

Weekly coaching, advising and monitoring professional youth football players.
Preparing online tactical sessions.
Giving online tactical sessions in the evenings.
Preparing football players for their matches (pre-match video).
Monitoring the process of football players.
Group sessions exist of a maximum of 5 players from the same position.

License holder (self-employed)

The license model involves a license agreement that provides for the shared use of Tactalyse’s trademarks, technology, and intellectual properties.
Registering as a self-employed person in your own country is mandatory.
An initial start fee is required for education purposes before becoming a license holder. Additionally, there is a yearly fee to keep your license active.
To become a successful license holder, you must recruit players (sales), present yourself effectively in your country (marketing), and consistently deliver the highest quality in your sessions.
Coaches and video analists from professional clubs are ineligible to apply.

Requirements

Committed, communication skills, independent, open-minded, and highly motivated.
Work remotely and schedule your agenda.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good internet and ability to work with technologies.
Working programs: Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
