About the position:

As a Principal Recruiting Analyst, you’ll drive our player recruitment strategy by combining live and video exploration with solid data information. You will manage the department’s operational and analytical engine, selecting evidence, generating clarity and offering recommendations that align with the vision of the Head of Recruiting and Analysis and the Director of Women’s Football.

Skills and Experience:

Significant experience in professional soccer recruiting/scouting.

Experience in video analysis platforms (Sportscode, Telestration).

Strong data knowledge and ability to translate information into recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Organized, detailed and collaborative.

Flexibility to travel and attend live games

Career: Extensive experience in professional soccer recruitment, analysis or scouting.

Technique: Strong knowledge of video analysis platforms (e.g., Sportscode, Telestration) and a high level of data knowledge, capable of translating information into clear recommendations.

Communication: Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to produce concise reports and impactful presentations.

Way of working: Organized, collaborative and detailed; flexible to attend live games and travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Titles:

Essential.

Degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis or a related field.

FA Level 2 Talent Identification.

Desirable:

Master’s degree in a related field.

FA Level 3 Talent Identification.
