SKILLS & EXPERIENCE​

Film and capture football matches, training, and other educational content.
Analyze players’ development throughout training and match football.
Assist in creating individual development programs.
Liaise with the football team on the strengths and weaknesses of players using data.
Use of various performance analysis technology platforms.
Build a statistical database of performance markers for RtD players.
Creation and delivery of detailed opposition set-play analysis with the use of video and written data to support findings.
Executes additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities.
Comply with all RtD policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

EXPERIENCE
 
1-3 years of experience in football analysis.
In-depth knowledge about football regulations and procedures.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS
 
Has experience in an elite level football environment.
Exceptional footballing knowledge, with an ability to contextualize this knowledge and produce coach & player facing materials.
Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in the use of sports analysis systems and technologies.
A willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with the demands of the role.
Significant experience in the manipulation and management of complex performance data sets (qualitative and quantitative).

QUALIFICATIONS
 
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Very Good English and Arabic (verbal and written).
