Match Analyst
As of July 1, 2025 or by agreement, the SFV is looking for a match analyst (m/f/d) for the U-21 national team in the Directorate of National Teams and an employee (m/f/d) for the area of match analysis and match development in the Directorate of Football Development.
In the area of match analysis and game development within the Football Development Directorate, the role includes contributing to the strategic development of match analysis in Swiss football, as well as contributing to the planning and implementation of training and development measures, as well as internal and external training courses. Participation in interdepartmental and interdirectional projects is also part of this. Another approach focuses on active development and the development of game analysis in the area of youth development, in particular on supporting performance centers and associations. In addition, the co-design and further development of the performance data area is required, with special emphasis on applicability, transparency and clarity of communication. In addition, you will act as a central contact person for national team game analysts.
In the role of analyst responsible for under-21 national team matches within the National Teams Directorate, the task includes independent operational analysis work for the under-21 national team. This includes the preparation, execution and monitoring of match analysis in the areas of opponent, team and individual analysis, as well as close collaboration with the coaching staff as part of the technical staff.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally at least 50 days a year is required.
