DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Manages the recording, capturing, and coding of all games and training sessions.
Works in tandem with the technical staff in supporting all analysis needs, including but not limited to, live match, training, player, and oppositional analysis.
Performs video analysis tasks proactively and reactively to support needs of coaching staff.
Maintains opposition scouting framework with other staff leads, including video collection, team profiles and presentation creation.
Collaborates with Lead Analyst of Strategy and Research to assist in application of data driven insights within the technical staff.
Assists in maintenance and provision of data and video integrated reports including output reports and/or presentations.
Updates and maintains a video library.
Integrates technology to enhance efficiency of processes across the technical staff.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Performance Analysis/Sport Science, Mathematics, or equivalent area of study – required.
Minimum of two (2) years applied experience as a video analyst (or similar role) working with coaches and technical staff – required.
Experience in utilizing sports analysis technologies including the Hudl Suite: Sportscode, Studio, Replay, Hudl, and Wyscout – required.
Able to operate a drone and possess working knowledge of managing training camera.
Able to work non-traditional hours, including scheduled games that can/will be on weekends, evenings and holidays.
Able to travel with the team to all away games – required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – required.
