Overview:

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a First Team Training Analyst to join its dynamic and innovative analysis department. This role is a vital part of the First Team environment, responsible for capturing, managing, and analysing training sessions in line with the technical, tactical, and physical objectives set by the coaching staff. The position also includes producing tailored video and data analysis content for the First Team goalkeepers, contributing to both pre- and post-match workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the coordination of training footage capture using IP camera and drone systems, maintain a structured video library, and produce goalkeeper-specific analysis content aligned with player development plans. This person will collaborate closely with the wider analysis and coaching team to provide high-quality, insightful support across all First Team analysis needs. Duties also include preparing weekly and monthly training highlight content, supporting matchday operations, ensuring the reliability of analysis technology, and contributing to continuous improvement within the department’s methodology.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about football and has a deep understanding of the tactical side of the game. Experience within an elite football environment is required, along with a strong technical skill set across analysis tools such as Hudl, Catapult, StatsBomb, Second Spectrum, and telestration software. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with experience presenting to high-performance environments, highly organised, and comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines. A relevant degree in sports science, coaching, performance analysis or a similar field is essential.
