First Team Analyst

Based at:
Florence Park, Tiptree, Essex, CO5 0UH, however flexibility regarding location is required.

Salary:30k

Report to:
Sporting Director and First team Head coach

Key duties and responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of first team video analysis
Film all First Team matches
Produce player & team clips for post-match review
Manage player & team stats alongside Statistical Analyst
Produce detailed pre-match opposition analysis
Film training sessions
Experience/Skills requirements:

Experience filming matches in wide angle
Experience in carrying out opposition analysis
Competent using Excel & managing data
Experience working in a First Team or U23 environment 
Strong work ethic and professional approach to work.
Proficient IT Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Exceptional standards and high attention to detail.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn & develop as a practitioner within elite sport.
Ability to work with SBG HUB software with Del/PC Hardware
Education:

Minimum undergraduate degree relating to Performance Analysis.
Desirable – Postgraduate qualification in Sports Science, Coaching and Performance Analysis
Qualifications:

FA Level 1 coaching license or above (Desirable)
Driving License
