Analysis of the club’s loans programme:

You will be responsible for producing weekly, monthly, and end-of-season loan reports for management staff. Your duties will include actively monitoring and updating the usage of loan players, as well as coordinating fixtures for loan players to be observed. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Pathway Development team to produce data-led player reviews.

Roles and responsibilities:
• To produce weekly, monthly and end-of-season loan reports for management staff.
• To co-ordinate with the PDM and PDC to produce data-led player reviews
• To proactively co-ordinate fixtures of loan players to be watched on video and live
• To actively monitor and update usage of loan players and inform PDM of players who need to be watched.
• To maintain a database of interested clubs in BHAFC players using industry resources such as TransferRoom
• To assist with the presentation of the loans department to U18 & U21 squads
• To maintain all other documents pertaining to the development of players on loan, from goal setting
through to exit interviews.
• To monitor playing minutes for first team, academy and loan players
• To lead on creating an innovative method of profiling clubs suitable for our loan players
• To keep abreast of different player development pathway methods across the sporting landscape.
• To use video editing software to compile videos
• To produce pre-window loan marketing brochure
• To liaisie with loan club analysts to gain insights and context around player development
• Benchmarking the loan market to identify trends
• Co-ordinate with the U21 analyst around potential future loans

• Any other tasks as outlined by the Pathway Development Managers
Recruitment
• To set up, manage, and coordinate video games on the senior video list
• To assist and take lead on sections for target player dossiers.
• To support the department in intelligence gathering for targets.
• To support the recruitment department with any other tasks outlined.

General duties and accountabilities:
• To support Brighton & Hove Albion and Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation in their aims and objectives at all times.

• To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.

• To keep confidential any information gained regarding the charity, club and its personnel.
• To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
