INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW​

Meaningful work experience can be an essential part of the career ladder in many professions. They are part and parcel of a modern, flexible economy and are useful both for the applicant and for employers.​

On our paid internship programme, you will spend six months gaining a real insight into what it’s like to work in our business and have the opportunity to learn from our people whilst working on real business challenges and projects. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Academy Performance Analyst Intern, you will be expected to:

 

• To live code games at various age groups within the Academy from the YDP to PDP.

 

• To support the Head of Academy Coach Development by live coding and filming coaches as a part of the coach observations.

 

• Filming YDP and FDP matches based on a rota created by the Head of Academy Coach Development.
