Rotherham United are looking for candidates with an interest in performance analysis to join the academy team. You will assist the performance analysis department to deliver high-quality footage to facilitate player development, and contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process. You will be required to work on weekends covering matches at the academy training ground, as well as a number of U18 and academy training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and film matches and training sessions.
• Process and upload matches to Hudl platforms.
• Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• A good level of football knowledge and analysis experience.
• A good understanding of the elite sporting environment.
• Experience using SportsCode, Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience of filming and video editing processes at a semi-professional club or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player with a desire to develop others within your team.
• A strong work ethic, proactive attitude and quality focus.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, working off your own initiative as well as following guidance.
• Receptive to feedback about your own behaviour, strengths and areas for improvement.

Location: Rotherham

Contract: Fixed Term (6th July 2026 to 9th May 2027)

Salary: £12.71 per hour
