James has previously worked for ChyronHego and The Coaching Manual in similar capacities, providing technology and best practice solutions to their analysis departments. 
 
James has a Master’s Degree in Performance Analysis. Post graduation, James worked as the Head of Performance Analysis at Brighton & Hove Albion FC for 5 years.
